If you guessed, “your purse was stolen,” you would be correct. Bummer, huh? I was in a frazzled state of mind when my car wouldn’t start after many attempts and I left my purse in my car. I left the car unlocked.

12 hours later I received an email receipt from RedBox for the movies I “rented.” At 2 a.m. At a 7-11 across town. Movies I would so not watch. Turns out one of several gas station purchases in the middle of the night, while I slept in my bed at home.

Just my luck!

File a fraud alert on your credit report. Tell your bishop about your TR so he can cancel the number. (we have haters out there)Sorry about the problem, it happens to us all. And of course everyone else gets called, I have minimal stuff I carry with me and I don’t carry my TR, although my trips to the temple require arrangements, as I live in NJ.

    • I totally freaked out about my recommend! I called my bishop, he’s still sort of new, so this isn’t a problem he had encountered before. He promised me he’d get right on it though!

This makes me committed to writing down all the different cards I have in my wallet! Still feel so awful for you. By the way, reading about this on your facebook page yesterday totally gave me a nightmare last night someone hacked our bank account. So glad to have woken up and realized it was a dream this morning! I wish yours was just a dream too. :( I hope you get everything straightened out soon. Total nightmare!

    • It’s a slow and annoying process, but I’m getting there. I’m constantly remembering little things in my wallet like my free coupon for a haircut. GRR! Haha. I’m so sorry about your bad dream… I haven’t had any (yet) but I’m totally nervous when I go to bed.
